Well-being
Here at Castletown Primary the well-being and mental health of our children, staff and parents is extremely important. It is our mission to raise the profile of well-being and mental health and focus on how we can look after our mental health as well as our physical health. We aim to become resilient members of our school community and the wider world in order to deal with new situations that come our way and learn how looking after our mental health can have a huge impact on our lives. As a school, we focus on the 5 ways to well-being and how we can incorporate them into our school and home life, in the hope that we feel happier, more positive and feel well on the inside, as well as the outside.

Our staff Well-Being Team and our Year 6 Well-Being Rainbow team, are always busy thinking and planning new ways to incorporate the 5 ways to well-being into our life at school and are totally committed to raising the profile of mental health. Please keep an eye out for any information about well-being and mental health support and different school activities.
Remember- it's OK not to be OK. Let's get talking!
