Breakfast & After School Club

Breakfast Club (7.45 - 8.30am)

Our school Breakfast Club is available from Monday–Friday, throughout the week during term time.

The cost of Breakfast Club is £2 per session.

If you require a place at our Breakfast Club, please contact the school office.

For safeguarding reasons, parents must accompany their children to the school reception area to sign them in with a member of staff.

School provides breakfast, so pupils should not bring their own food in for breakfast club.

After School Club (3.30 - 5pm)

To support our working parents, we will continue to subsidise our after-school provision and offer this service to parents at a very competitive price.

Our after-school provision will be available for working parents only and will run each day during term time* at a cost of £3 per hour or £4 for the full stay per pupil.

If you would like to access this service, bookings must be made through the school office at the start of each week. Unfortunately, due to safeguarding measures, we will be unable to accept late or ‘last minute’ bookings.

All payments must be made on time, as failure to do so will result in your child not being able to access this service.

Could parents also ensure your child is picked up on time as failure to do so will incur additional costs and could also result in your child not being able to access this service.

*PLEASE NOTE: There will be no after school club on the last day of each term (Christmas, Easter and Summer).

Do you require additional child care?

In partnership with the DfE, Together for Children are currently consulting on the implementation of the national wraparound childcare programme. They will be providing further information for working parents, in due course, regarding additional child care cover opportunities within the Sunderland area if required.

Payments

All cash payments should be in envelopes clearly marked with your child’s name, class and the days you require either Breakfast Club or After School Club provision. Children should not be bringing money into school on a daily basis to pay for these provisions. Payments can be left at the school office or can be sent into school with a child (please make sure the child is aware that they have an envelope with them to ensure it is handed in at the correct time – teachers will not look in book bags for payments).
