Play Leaders

Our Year 6 pupil play leaders help to make playtimes safe, fun and enjoyable for everyone in the school. We help to supervise the younger children on the playground during break and lunchtime, making sure everyone plays safely and fairly.

We also help to organise games and activities so that younger pupils have fun things to do and feel included.

As a play leader in school we also support teachers during sporting events in school, such as Sports Day, by helping to set up activities and guide pupils.

We help to look after play equipment and report any damaged items to staff.

We really enjoy helping others, especially the younger children, by acting as positive role models in the playground.
